Secomea is announcing a change to the current Omron GateManager terms and conditions.
Our industry is adapting to evolving higher standards regarding the accelerated demands for cybersecurity and compliance that emerge from new and upcoming regulations like NIS2 and the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA). These enhancements, regulatory requirements, and Secomea's commitment to our industry drive the introduction of the subscription fee.
This notice informs our customers registered in OMRON GateManager before January 1st, 2025, that Secomea will introduce changes to the current commercial terms and conditions of the OMRON GateManager.
Effective April 1st, 2026, OMRON GateManager's commercial terms and conditions will be replaced by Secomea’s general subscription terms and conditions.
Step-by-step migration to Prime.
From January 15th, 2025, current OMRON GateManager customers will receive free access to Secomea Prime Platform up to April 1st, 2026:
- The Secomea Prime platform includes several new improvements and features, such as:
- A new user-friendly administration dashboard
- Real-time monitoring of vulnerability scores
- Compliance with the NIS2 standard for remote access
- A platform built on the next generation of "zero trust" architecture
- Frequent and easy product and platform updates
- Your existing GateManager setup does not need to be reconfigured or changed. You can access both as Secomea Prime is an integrated part of your OMRON GateManager account.

During this transitional period, you need to take a decision for the future. The RT1-series SiteManager supports remote connectivity exclusively on Secomea’s PRIME platform, which ensures efficient maintenance, cost savings, and increased production output.
The sooner, the better.

What will happen if I sign up before April 1st, 2026?
- You will be granted five additional LinkManager licenses free of charge to your existing account from when your subscription is active, in addition to the ones you already purchased from Omron.
- Secomea offers a complimentary subscription to the Essential Package until April 1st, 2026,
- If you currently use the Data Collection Module (DCM) and/or (licensed) LogTunnel as part of your solution today, these features will be included in the Essential Package.
- Omron will remain your point of contact for 1st level technical support and purchasing RT100 SiteManager hardware.
- No reconfiguration and changes are needed to your existing GateManager setup.

- We will reach out to you again, but if you do nothing, your access to the OMRON GateManager and Secomea Prime will automatically be closed on April 1st, 2026
- You could continue using OMRON RT100 SiteManager as a router without access to GateManager and remote Connectivity.
